Medical Massage Treats…
- Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
- Frozen Shoulder
- Rotator Cuff Injuries
- Tennis Elbow
While all massage has medical and health related benefits, some clients are seeking to use massage to aid a very specific ailment, such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, or Sciatica. These massages fall under the category of medical massage and require the expertise of a therapist with advanced training and knowledge of the human body.
Do I Need a Prescription for Medical Massage?

Massage therapists are not currently able to bill insurance companies directly. However if you have a prescription for massage from your healthcare provider, you can seek reimbursement or use your Flex Spending Account. Please check with your insurance company about their specific policy. Payment for massage is due at the time of service.

“Oh my Goodness…..where do I start, when telling you the benefits I feel I have received from getting massages from Kimberly on a regular basis???! Ok for starters…..I am a migraine sufferer. Kimberly takes great care to help lessen my migraines with her massage therapy and pays special attention to that. As I don’t like constantly taking medications to help me get rid of my Migraines. I also feel I have been greatly helped with pain management in other areas, as well. And my blood circulation has also been greatly helped
with regular massage therapy. I honestly, can’t say enough good about her and the technique she uses in her massages! I also really enjoy her aromatherapy and hot rock therapy that she includes in her massages at no additional cost :). One thing is for sure…..I highly recommend Kimberly’s Massage Service!! She also offer’s discounts to her clients who come to her on a regular basis, making it even more affordable. Gotta love that too! Thank you Kimberly :)!”
